The new 糖心原创 ChangeMakers volunteer program is offering an upcoming virtual session on board governance for program members.

This session will teach participants about:

鈥� how to join a board of directors
鈥� diversity and board composition
鈥� best practices including board relationship with management, financial literacy, reporting and accountability, and more.
