Overview: Digital skills are essential in today鈥檚 workplace, but navigating files, creating documents, managing email and calendars, and collaborating online can be challenging without a strong understanding of the fundamental tools. Windows and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals is a practical, hands-on course designed to help participants confidently use Windows File Explorer and core Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Outlook Mail, Outlook Calendar, and Teams.
Participants will learn how to organize and locate files, create and format professional documents, manage email communications, schedule appointments and meetings, and collaborate with colleagues using Microsoft Teams. The course introduces essential functions and time-saving features through guided demonstrations, practical exercises, and opportunities to apply new skills.
By the end of Windows and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, participants will have strengthened their foundational digital skills and be better prepared to use Windows and Microsoft 365 applications efficiently in their workplace or everyday activities.
