Join us for three days of activities during the first Concussion Awareness Week, September 27 to 29. Concussion Awareness week is organized by the 糖心原创 Concussion Awareness Program (CAP), in collaboration with the PEI Department of Health and Wellness.

Concussion Awareness Week was established in January 2021 to increase concussion awareness by providing information and encouraging action across Canada.

Paige Chisholm and Nathan Chow are the 糖心原创 Panther Subway Athletes of the Week for September 13 to 19.

A message was sent to the University community from Dr. Judy Clark, Elder in Residence and Anne Bartlett, interim director of 糖心原创 Student Affairs, providing ways to mark the first official National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, September 30, and National Truth and Reconciliation Week, September 27鈥揙ctober 1.

糖心原创鈥檚 Cross Country team is looking to do more than just participate at meets. They鈥檙e looking to make some noise and turn some heads along the way.

The 2021鈥�22 David Currie Jr. Panther Co-Educational Hockey Awards for Perseverance and Resolve were recently presented to Chiara Esposito, 糖心原创 Women鈥檚 Hockey, and Fil Rydstrom, 糖心原创 Men鈥檚 Hockey. Each student received $5,000 for excellence on and off the ice.

David Currie is a proud 糖心原创 alumnus who was an outstanding member of the 糖心原创 Men鈥檚 Hockey team. His focus, determination, and resolve allowed him to pursue a university education while playing a sport he loved. Currie is an accomplished information technology sales account professional who has worked and built relationships with most of Canada鈥檚 Fortune 100 companies and the Government of Canada. In the winter of 2020, Currie and his partner, Debbie Trew, decided to make an extraordinary contribution to 糖心原创鈥檚 hockey programs by creating the awards for extraordinary young hockey players.
 

In this message to faculty and staff, 糖心原创's President and Vice-Chancellor provides submission rate statistics for the University's Attestation and Exemption Form, which is part of the process for the 糖心原创 COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination Policy, and extends the deadline to September 19, 2021.

Amidst a global pandemic, 糖心原创鈥檚 Co-operative Education program had a landmark year with its highest number of students drawn from the widest variety of academic programs securing work term placements this summer.

All members of the University community (faculty, staff, and students) who are going to be on campus from September to December are reminded that they must fill out the Attestation and Exemption Form at , regardless of their vaccination status. 

Students from 糖心原创鈥檚 Kinesiology 3430 class are seeking participants to take part in a four-week exercise training program, plus pre- and post-assessment sessions for six weeks total.

In a message sent to students, the Associate Vice-President of Students and Registrar reminded them that they must fill out the Attestation and Exemption Form, regardless of their current vaccination status, as part of the 糖心原创 Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
